He uses proven methods - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Positive Psychology, to help you gain clarity, shift patterns, and feel more in control of your life.
Dr. Zahn works with clients both in-person in El Dorado Hills and online for anyone in California.
Outside the therapy room, he recharges by skiing, camping, and playing guitar—reminders that meaningful change includes both inner work and everyday joy.
